for a small dinning table with an awesome view of Playa Moreno and

This fully
furnished air conditioned condo apartment has 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths,
fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, all cooking
utilities. Beautiful view, living room, open balcony with seats
for two. This condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom,
two twin size beds in the second room with cable Tv's in each
room and a cold split air conditioner. We also have a sofa sleep
in our living room. Our master bathroom also has a tub and shower
in our second bathroom. It's a very bright and open corner unit
that has become one of our favorites among repeat renters.
You'll
be close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, casinos, beaches,
nightlife and a large mall approximately 10 minutes away. Full
capacity for sleeping arrangements for 2-6 people max.

Our
rental policies for this condo: Payment in U.S. dollars
via PayPal, Credit Cards Accepted. We ask for a deposit in order
to reserve your dates, the sooner the better because we constantly
get inquires via phone and email. We have to have a deposit in
order to hold dates if not we miss out on other inquires. There
is a cancellation fee. Our deposit fee is $125.00 which will be
refunded to you in the manner it was received. If it was sent
via paypal then we refund it the day upon your departure. We use
the deposit during your stay in case there is any damage to the
condo. If your deposit was send via check or bank transfer then
it will be returned to you in cash on your check-out day. Send
deposit payment via PayPal, Credit cards accepted!
