Aguamarina Suites condos are located in Urbinization Paraiso area in the entrance to Pampatar. Close to nightlife (Kamy Beach, Flamingo Casino and more), shopping and Porlamar. Our Condo which is located on the 2th floor and is fully furnished, 1 bed/1 bath. TV and our living room also has extra sleeping space. Security Gated door for our apartment, 24 building security, Pool and within walking distance to margarita's largest shopping mall. Full size bedding in our master bedroom and trundle and twin sofa bed.

Our rental policies for this condo: We do ask for a deposit in order to reserve this condo, we use your deposit as a damage deposit during your stay here. It will refunded to you upon the day of your departure. We accept deposit payment via wire transfer or via credit card thru Paypal but there is a service charge of $5.00 for credit cards, that is non-refundable. We are always booking our rentals ahead of time so for the best reservations please contact us as soon as you can. Also please contact us for more information on Monthly rates; maximum monthly rentals allowed would be for 2-3 months. This is a nonsmoking condo.
