Margarita Island Condos.com is a privately owned American apartment rental service with 8 years of living experience on the island. Most of our condos are American owned or British. As a Property Management company we work very close with each owner to meet certain standards that we would like our rental condos to represent.

These Condos are a step above the rest. Our condos are well maintained, clean and fully equipped. We have many repeat renters and satisfied customers. We will personally take care of all e-mail inquires, further correspondence, meet you at the condos for your arrival check-in's and help you get settled into your apt.

During your stay our customer service doesn't end...if there is anything you need we are just but a call away. We'll meet you again when it's time for your departure and check out from the condo. If you would like us to set up an airport pickup service, we can easily make arrangements with our English speaking taxi driver. We have a few drivers we can count on including a retired American English teacher whose now living on the island. Please note that we do not offer this as part of our condo rentals but merely as a help to you to have someone waiting for you when you arrive at our Airport. The transportation fee needs to be paid to your driver.
