This is a simple but large house with plenty of rooms, secured

has 4 bed/ 3bath, master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 of the
other bedrooms have queen size beds and that last room has two
twin beds. This house is right across from a larger mini mall
and close to Plaza AB where we have a laundry mat & Unicasa
supermarket & Dominos pizza, Farmatodo 24 hour pharmacy and
more.

Our
rental policies for this condo: We do ask for a deposit
in order to reserve this condo, we use your deposit as a damage
deposit during your stay here. It will refunded to you upon the
day of your departure. We accept deposit payment via wire transfer
or via credit card thru Paypal but there is a service charge of
$5.00 for credit cards, that is non-refundable. We are always
booking our rentals ahead of time so for the best reservations
please contact us as soon as you can. Also please contact us for
more information on Monthly rates; maximum monthly rentals allowed
would be for 2-3 months. This is a nonsmoking house.
